• Hadar Tsarfaty is a London-based artist recognised by the UK under the Global Talent route. She holds an MA in Contemporary Art Practice from the Royal College of Art, London, and a BA in Fine Arts (cum laude) from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam.

  • In her work, Hadar Tsarfaty considers the embodiment of language in material, working predominantly with screen printing on textile. As this embodiment is a possibility for public negotiation, while in its immediate presence it suggests a private expression, the work reflects on the connection between the written and the spoken. When presenting such works, audiences take the role of the speaker of these works.
